Exams are upon us, and so, in the midst of fervent indoctrination into the epistemological hierarchy of the contract lawyer, a bounty of doctrines, methodologies, principles, and case law is accumulated and recorded.
I make available my semster's notes for other students or interested persons to use in their revision or personal study. The writings, in 12 parts, serve as a casebook-style introduction to the law of contract, with a focus on the Australian jurisdictions. I welcome the identification of any errors or omissions in the comments section attached to this post, particularly prior to this Thursday's final examination.
The notes may be downloaded from here in Portable Document Format.
