Byron Market

Back to December 2003

A weekend of markets, it would seem. Wind chimes rattle annoyingly in the strong winds which fettered the pre-Christmas Byron Bay shop-a-thon... erm, I mean, anti-capitalist-alternative venue for barter and commercial-but-not-exploitative exchange.

I bought a few second hand shirts for myself (very cheaply, I might add), while my father continued his quest for shrubery with another $50 worth of plants (which were quite a nuisance to carry back to the car).
