Dear Luke,

Thank you for your message. I really ought to update the ‘about me’ page to save what I suspect may be a common enquiry.

In answer to your first question, I have authored the notes contemporaneously with my studies of the relevant subjects at the University of Melbourne.

As to the second, I am, at the time of writing this message, in my penultimate year of that institution’s undergraduate LLB degree, having just turned 22. My non-legal interests include reading, playing classical violin, photography, business consulting and philately.
