These articles were written during my period of undergraduate study at The University of Melbourne (2003–2007). Some were submitted for assessment, others written out of personal interest. Personal favourites are Foreign Copyright Claims and the Mocambique Rule in Australian Courts and Emotion in Criminal Law; others are embarrassing to a greater or lesser degree, included here for public amusement and, perhaps, edification. A warning: most articles concern specific legal or computational areas and were not written for a general audience. Unfamiliar terms or concepts may be encountered, many of which are defined elsewhere — in my law notes, for example.
